Senior Human Resources Manager

About the role

ReviveRX is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR strategy, oversee daily operations, and shape the employee experience across the organization. This role balances strategic vision with hands‑on execution, partnering closely with executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
• Develop and execute HR strategies for performance management, employee engagement, culture, and workforce planning.
• Create and maintain HR dashboards, KPIs, and reports to guide decision‑making.
• Design and manage the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and improvement plans.
• Handle complex employee relations matters, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, etc.) and lead compliance audits.
• Maintain and update company policies, providing training on policy application.
• Support administration of benefits programs, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave of absence processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior HR leader in a regulated industry such as healthcare, pharmacy, or supply chain.
• Strong background in employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and organizational development.
• Ability to partner with executive leadership and influence business decisions.
• Experience designing and executing performance management systems.
• Excellent analytical skills to develop HR metrics and drive continuous improvement.
