Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

Samsung Electronics’ North America Service Business division is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support the Ads Product and Engineering team. The role will act as the primary HR liaison, driving people strategy and ensuring alignment between business objectives and HR practices.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and broader HR organization to implement programs and processes for the Ads product line.
• Provide thought leadership, data‑driven insights, and proactive solutions to business leaders.
• Coach leadership on talent management, career planning, performance management and compensation.
• Execute cyclical HR programs and contribute to human‑capital and organizational projects.
• Maintain HR data integrity and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Align business goals with people policies, including employee engagement, total rewards, learning and development, and employee relations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of relevant HR experience.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, listening skills and ability to influence and propose proactive solutions.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in a fast‑moving technology or media environment.
