Senior Health Data Analyst (Compass)

About the role

The Senior Health Data Analyst on the Compass Patient Team will focus on health data within Veeva Compass, a suite of data products that includes prescription and medical claims records. You will own investigations, quality improvements, and network enhancements to support de‑identified patient analytics for commercial use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve data observations and questions from internal and external stakeholders.
• Define and track quality metrics, build dashboards, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and launch new data quality features such as match, merge, deduplication, and value enrichment.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and QA to implement scalable improvements across billions of records.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience analyzing prescription and medical claims data.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying and manipulating relational databases.
• Familiarity with industry billing codes (ICD, CPT/HCPCS, NDC).
• Experience documenting and presenting analytics results to stakeholders.
