Senior Group Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Group Sales Manager to lead our group sales efforts at Surf & Sand Resort Laguna Beach. The role focuses on delivering a personalized coastal luxury experience for guests while driving revenue growth for the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute group sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, meeting planners, and travel agencies.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the group sales team to deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless event execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales tactics.
• Prepare forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in group sales within the hospitality or resort sector.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
