Senior Global Product Manager, Enabling Technologies

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Senior Global Product Manager to lead its Enabling Technologies portfolio within the Surgical Business Unit. The role will shape product strategy, drive innovation, and bring advanced surgical solutions to market, improving orthopedic outcomes and procedural efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, long‑term roadmaps and strategic priorities for the Enabling Technologies portfolio.
• Lead upstream strategy and innovation initiatives, identifying market expansion and differentiation opportunities.
• Develop business cases and commercialization plans for new software‑driven surgical platforms.
• Partner with R&D, engineering, clinical and surgical teams to guide product development from concept through launch.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure customer needs are integrated into product designs.
• Monitor competitive landscape and translate data intelligence into actionable product improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global product management within medical technology or related high‑tech sectors.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate market insights into product roadmaps.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder‑management skills, with a track record of guiding cross‑functional teams.
• Deep understanding of orthopedic surgery workflows and the role of digital and data‑driven solutions.
• Ability to develop compelling business cases and drive commercialization.
