Senior Global Product Manager – Enabling Technologies

About the role

Enovis is seeking a senior leader to drive the strategy and commercialization of its Enabling Technologies portfolio within the Surgical Business Unit. The role will shape product vision, guide cross‑functional teams and partner with surgeons and engineers to deliver innovative solutions that improve orthopedic outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, long‑term roadmaps and strategic priorities aligned with business goals.
• Lead upstream strategy and innovation initiatives for enabling technology products.
• Identify market expansion opportunities, differentiation and competitive advantage.
• Develop business cases and commercialization plans for new platforms and technologies.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, clinical and commercial teams to ensure product development meets customer needs.
• Engage with surgeons and key opinion leaders to gather insights and validate product concepts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior product management roles within medical technology or related high‑tech sectors.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate market insights into product roadmaps.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional teams from concept through launch.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
