Senior Fullstack Engineer (React/TypeScript/AI‑Assisted Development)

About the role

Darwoft is seeking a senior full‑stack engineer with a strong frontend focus to join a high‑impact FinTech project building an internal Customer Experience Operations Platform. You will design and ship agent‑facing experiences using React and TypeScript while leveraging AI‑assisted development tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React/TypeScript features across CX modules, including queues, assignments, dashboards, and operational workflows.
• Build reusable UI components with Tailwind CSS, Tremor, Radix/shadcn, and Storybook.
• Apply AI‑assisted engineering practices (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to accelerate prototyping, testing, and debugging.
• Integrate frontend applications with BFF and FastAPI backend services, respecting micro‑frontend architecture and module federation.
• Ensure reliability, accessibility, and performance of agent‑critical workflows in production.

Required profile

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong frontend background.
• Hands‑on experience actively using AI development tools and agentic workflows.
• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product, design, and backend stakeholders.

Required skills

• React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Storybook.
• AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot.
• Modern bundlers (Rspack, Webpack, Vite) and micro‑frontend techniques (Module Federation).
• State‑management and server‑state tools: TanStack Query, React Router, react‑hook‑form, Zod.
• Backend integration experience with FastAPI, OpenAPI contracts, BFF layers, and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with GCP, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud‑native environments.
