Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Next.js / AI)

About the role

Acquisity builds a platform that helps entrepreneurs and agencies automate sales and marketing with AI, and is growing from multi-8 figures toward 9 figures. It is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build autonomous AI agents and multi-step LLM workflows that automate complex tasks for thousands of sales and marketing teams. Every project is greenfield, with no legacy code.

Key responsibilities

• Build autonomous AI agents that reason through multi-step tasks using planning, tool use and memory, and an operational platform (dashboards, workflow automation, client management).
• Own features end-to-end: design conversations with product, build in Next.js (App Router) + tRPC, ship to production and see real users benefit, often within the same week.

Required profile

• 4+ years shipping production React/Next.js and TypeScript.
• Experience owning full-stack features from idea to deploy.
• Comfort with Postgres and serverless infrastructure (Vercel, Cloudflare).
• Has built something real with LLMs, beyond just playing with ChatGPT.
• Strong signals: experience with AI coding tools, multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, embeddings or vector search.

Required skills

• Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, tRPC, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui
• Postgres, Vercel, Vercel's AI SDK for multi-agent workflows and LLM integration
• AI-first development with tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, OpenCode and Codex

What we offer

• $140K-$180K base salary depending on experience.
• Fully remote work from anywhere.
• A small team with real ownership and direct product impact visible within days.

Applications are short, with no cover letter; a technical conversation with an engineer follows within a week.
