Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and support high‑quality solutions for our member and agent portals. The role is hands‑on and operates within a microservices architecture hosted on AWS, collaborating closely with both onshore and offshore engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain features across the frontend stack (React, Next.js) and backend services (Python, Go, Node.js).
• Participate in architectural discussions and help shape the technical strategy.
• Implement RESTful APIs following SOLID principles and microservices best practices.
• Write clean, testable code with unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests.
• Manage the full SDLC: requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support.
• Work in an Agile team with product owners, QA, and engineers to deliver incremental value.
• Coordinate with offshore teams, ensuring clear requirements and consistent coding standards.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers through code reviews and pairing.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines for automated, reliable AWS deployments.
• Utilize AWS services such as EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Participate in on‑call rotations, troubleshoot production issues, and implement fixes.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience building full‑stack applications in a microservices environment.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Ability to collaborate across distributed teams and mentor less‑experienced engineers.
• Comfort with Agile processes and continuous delivery practices.
