Senior Financial Analyst – Sales Controlling

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sr. Financial Analyst to join our Sales Controlling team within the Electrified Motion division. The role supports the leadership team in optimizing sales strategies and performance across North America, leveraging advanced financial systems and IT tools.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, analyze, and present regional revenue figures, ensuring alignment with business strategy and timely reporting for processes such as MBR, CF and BP.
• Monitor key sales metrics (revenue, volume, PCR, cost compensation, DSO, accounts receivable) and provide insights on performance and market trends.
• Partner with sales teams on price analysis, planning, and tracking, including calculation and maintenance of transfer prices.
• Collaborate with logistics, sales, and manufacturing to develop accurate product volume planning based on market trends.
• Drive continuous improvement through digitalization and automation of reporting and sales controlling processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales controlling, accounting, or a comparable function.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive, independent, and structured working style.

Required skills

• Proficiency with large data sets and BI systems.
• Familiarity with IBM Planning Analytics and Oracle Essbase.
• Understanding of ERP systems such as SAP.
