Senior Financial Analyst – PeopleSoft ERP Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to act as the bridge between Finance and IT, ensuring our PeopleSoft ERP environment runs smoothly and supports accurate reporting. The role is hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) and focuses on system performance, process optimization, and ongoing enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities across multiple PeopleSoft modules.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system‑related issues, partnering with technical teams for resolutions.
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, testing, implementations, and production support.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting solutions using nVision, BI Publisher, and PeopleSoft Query.
• Configure workflow and approval processes within the ERP.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate testing, documentation, training, and deployment for system changes.
• Monitor help‑desk requests and provide functional support to end users.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and internal control requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or related field.
• 5+ years supporting PeopleSoft Financials or comparable ERP platforms.
• Strong expertise in General Ledger support and nVision reporting.
• Experience in large organizations on the financial analysis side.
• Knowledge of additional modules such as AP, Asset Management, Lease Administration, or Cash Management.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience in project‑driven environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

What we offer

• Base salary range $110,000 – $120,000 per year.
