Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

Verint is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide comprehensive financial support across multiple business functions. The role focuses on financial reporting, expense analysis, and delivering key performance metrics to senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly financial results and KPI dashboards for business leaders.
• Serve as the primary FP&A contact for senior executives, managing annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting, reviewing actual results against budget and discussing insights with budget owners.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead implementation of enhancements.
• Support strategic initiatives through operational evaluations and financial modeling.
• Review monthly close results for accuracy and complete ad‑hoc analyses as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of finance or accounting experience.
• At least 4 years of progressive management experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
• Proven analytical ability to collect, interpret, and report data to multiple internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Oracle financial systems.
• Familiarity with Hyperion planning and reporting tools.
