Senior Financial Analyst – CapEx & Public Funding

About the role

As a Senior Financial Analyst focused on CapEx and public funding, you will join Bosch's rapidly growing finance team at the Roseville site. You will be the business partner that ensures transparent financial planning, budgeting and reporting for multi‑billion dollar semiconductor investments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, budget, track and forecast capital investment projects at the Roseville site.
• Manage CapEx budgets, commitments and expenditures at the WBS element level in SAP R/3.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, engineers and procurement analysts on CapEx approvals and forecasting.
• Coordinate public‑funding applications, ensure compliance, and prepare reporting for governmental agencies.
• Support month‑end reporting, current forecasts and business‑plan activities in SAP and IBM Planning Analytics.
• Forecast asset activations, depreciation expense and public‑funding impacts for short‑ and long‑term business cases.
• Prepare financial presentations and support financial reviews.

• Experience in capital‑expenditure finance and public‑funding coordination.
• Excellent communication skills to partner with operational and executive stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented and results‑driven.
