Senior Financial Analysis & Reporting Analyst

About the role

The Senior Financial Analysis & Reporting Analyst will support the Finance organization by preparing corporate reports, conducting budget versus actual analysis, and ensuring accurate month‑end and year‑end close processes. The role is based at our corporate headquarters in Ramsey, NJ and follows a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, reports, forecasts and month‑end closing activities.
• Deliver detailed budget vs. actual reporting with expense analysis, variance explanations and actionable insights.
• Maintain financial master data, G/L accounts, cost centers, profit centers and reporting hierarchies in SAP S/4HANA/ECC.
• Create, enhance and maintain SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) reports for Accounting and Finance.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Support corporate channel leaders during budgeting and monthly analysis cycles.
• Provide analytical support and financial insights across the Finance organization and assist with ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• At least 5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles, metrics and terminology.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with executive leadership.
• Self‑starter capable of managing multiple projects in a fast‑moving environment.
