Senior Finance Manager – Deal Desk (Remote)

About the role

Rula is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for its Deal Desk to partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. You will shape growth strategy, evaluate trade‑offs, and provide strategic forecasting for complex deals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and refine growth strategies.
• Analyze complex financial data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
• Perform strategic forecasting and evaluate trade‑offs for large, multi‑year contracts.
• Support short‑term efficiency while considering long‑term impact on the business.

Required profile

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience (investment banking, consulting, FP&A, or commercial finance).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
• At least 2 years in transactional finance such as corporate development, deal desk, private equity, or investment banking.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to executive audiences.
