Senior Engineer, Infrastructure CX

About the role

The Senior Engineer, Infrastructure CX is responsible for engineering, designing, and delivering enterprise audio‑visual (AV) and unified communications (UC) solutions across corporate office environments. The role works closely with Facilities, Network, IT, and external integration partners, providing hands‑on technical expertise and project leadership from design through post‑deployment support.

Key responsibilities

• Design enterprise AV/UC systems for conference rooms, training rooms, and executive spaces.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation such as system drawings, signal flow diagrams, rack layouts, and as‑built records.
• Program, configure, and validate audio DSP systems, including routing, tuning, AEC, EQ, and logic.
• Implement and optimize AV control systems and user interfaces for intuitive operation.
• Ensure AV designs align with enterprise unified communications platforms and certification standards.
• Lead AV/UC engineering efforts across design, installation, commissioning, and handover phases.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, IT teams, and AV integrators to ensure accurate implementation.
• Review and approve integrator designs for compliance with standards.
• Provide Tier‑3 technical escalation support and troubleshoot complex AV/UC issues.
• Contribute to AV/UC standards, templates, and lifecycle strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing, installing, and commissioning enterprise AV/UC solutions.
• Strong project leadership skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Senior‑level technical expertise in AV/UC engineering.
