Senior eCommerce Key Accounts Manager

About the role

Celsius Holdings is seeking a results‑driven Senior Manager to own and expand relationships with its most strategic online retail partners. Based full‑time at the Boca Raton headquarters, you will lead eCommerce initiatives that drive revenue growth and enhance the digital shelf for key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute eCommerce strategies for top online retailers such as Amazon, Walmart.com, and Target.com.
• Lead digital‑shelf optimization projects, including content, SEO, product‑detail‑page enhancements, and ratings & reviews.
• Partner with marketing and cross‑functional teams to align joint business plans and promotional activities.
• Analyze performance data using retail analytics platforms and Power BI to inform decision‑making.
• Negotiate contracts and drive commercial outcomes that meet revenue targets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital retail, managing large, complex accounts.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and successful partnership management.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using retail analytics tools.
• Advanced experience managing Amazon.com 1P/Vendor accounts; experience with Walmart.com or Target.com is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
