Kendra Scott is seeking a senior leader to shape its digital presence across social platforms. As Senior Director of Social Media and Influencer Marketing, you will design and execute strategies that boost brand engagement, awareness, and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of a comprehensive social media strategy across current and emerging platforms, aligning with overall marketing and business goals.
• Develop data‑driven tactics to grow follower counts, increase engagement rates, and elevate brand perception.
• Identify and champion innovative social concepts to keep the brand at the cutting edge.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Retail, and Ecommerce teams to integrate social strategy into broader campaigns and product launches.
• Conceptualize and execute buzz‑worthy activations that support marketing initiatives and product releases.
• Manage relationships with external social media agency partners, ensuring continuous improvement of the social playbook.
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure all content matches the brand’s visual identity, tone, and narrative, optimized for each platform.
