Senior Director of Operations

About the role

Compass Group USA, a family of companies and experiences in foodservice and support services, is hiring a Senior Director of Operations in Plano, TX. The role supports the management of planning, budgeting analysis and reporting for the account, helps control account expenditures to get the best use of account and regional resources, and assists in building short- and long-term financial, operational and human capital plans while monitoring performance and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate budgets and plans for the operation
• Maintain and implement quality standards across all areas of the foodservice operation
• Ensure compliance with all regional and account programs and policies
• Be accountable for accurate reporting for the account
• Assist with planning, budgeting analysis and reporting, and control account expenditures
• Help develop financial, operational and human capital plans and monitor performance and product and service quality

Required profile

• Five years of foodservice management experience required
• BS degree preferred
• Higher education experience in board and retail operations required
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience required
