Senior Director of Multi-Channel Buying

About the role

SKIMS is seeking a senior leader to own the commercial buying strategy across its owned retail stores and digital channels. The role will shape assortments that drive customer demand, inventory productivity and profitable growth while supporting new product launches and global expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead buying strategy for owned retail and e‑commerce, optimizing assortments for each touchpoint.
• Develop seasonal and long‑range buying plans aligned with financial objectives and category growth.
• Own channel‑level sales, gross margin, inventory productivity and sell‑through metrics.
• Partner with Planning to create Open‑to‑Buy, receipt flow and replenishment plans.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain to ensure the right product is available at the right time.
• Support new store openings and regional buying frameworks for international growth.

Required profile

• 10+ years of buying or merchandising experience in a high‑growth fashion or consumer brand, with senior leadership experience.
• Proven success leading buying strategies across owned retail and e‑commerce channels.

Required skills

• Strong analytical capabilities with experience managing large inventory investments and Open‑to‑Buy strategies.
• Experience supporting rapid retail expansion and international growth (preferred).
