Senior DevSecOps (Python)

About the role

The DevSecOps Engineer will design and maintain a high‑security infrastructure for an enterprise‑grade Agent Development Platform. You will build secure sandboxes for autonomous agents, enforce zero‑trust connectivity, and manage specialized data stores.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage Firecracker MicroVMs or restricted Kubernetes/Docker environments for isolated agent runtimes.
• Provision and optimize multi‑layered data stacks including PostgreSQL, ChromaDB/PGVector, and Neo4j.
• Build and manage event streams using AWS SQS, Event Bridge, or Kafka for agent communication and HITL escalation.
• Automate AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters via Infrastructure as Code.
• Integrate WorkOS/IDP for B2B identity management and enforce strict egress firewalls.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, container security, and preferably Firecracker MicroVMs.
• Strong security mindset with experience in zero‑trust architecture and OWASP principles.
• Hands‑on experience with vector and graph databases for AI applications.
