Senior Designer

About the role

Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking a Senior Designer to lead the creation of commercially viable product designs for a mid‑high‑volume apparel category. You will translate brand strategy into compelling style, color, fit and fabric solutions that resonate with our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop seasonal product designs that align with the overall brand concept and business strategy.
• Research fashion trends and consumer insights to ensure product relevance and integrity.
• Present and deliver brand‑right designs, adapting them based on feedback and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Marketing, and Product Development throughout the design process.
• Produce design sketches, prototypes, and detailed specifications.
• Identify new sources of inspiration, conduct competitor and trend analysis.
• Manage, inspire, and develop junior design talent, including one direct report.
• Ensure deliverables meet budget and timeline constraints without compromising design excellence.

Required profile

• Demonstrated passion for the brand and strong managerial capabilities.
• Ability to work under moderate supervision while making independent design decisions.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality designs on schedule.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
