Senior Deployment Strategist

About the role

The Senior Deployment Strategist owns the end‑to‑end delivery of customer deployments, turning signed contracts into live, adopted solutions that demonstrably deliver value. This delivery‑first role blends strategic business experience, product‑style thinking, and hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Scope each deployment, define minimum viable solution, success criteria, milestones, and create detailed requirements documents.
• Run the engagement as a hands‑on project owner, prioritize backlog, manage scope, and drive day‑to‑day execution with Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Act as primary QA tester, validate that built solutions solve the problem before customer hand‑off.
• Configure the MelodyArc platform (workflow configuration, data mapping, queries, light scripting) and know when to involve deeper technical resources.
• Manage stakeholder communication from frontline operators to senior sponsors and resolve technical, political, and process issues.
• Own launch activities, run go‑live, manage cutover, drive adoption, capture feedback, and prove business value.
• Partner with Sales and Account teams on discovery, value scoping, and expansion opportunities.

Required profile

• 6+ years of client‑facing or internal enterprise delivery experience in deployment strategy, technical program/project management, consulting, or product management.
• Proven ownership of complex projects end‑to‑end, with strong product and systems thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Hands‑on, execution‑focused mindset willing to do unglamorous work to land a deployment.

Required skills

• SQL (reading and writing queries).
• Data mapping and workflow configuration.
• Light scripting and API/integration concepts.
