About the role
Lead the day‑to‑day operations of a Nestlé distribution center, ensuring efficient inventory management, safe shipping and receipt of goods, and alignment with company service level standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the DC budget, monitor variances and collaborate with Finance on monthly forecasting.
- Lead safety, production and quality performance across the facility.
- Oversee labor productivity, cost control and KPI achievement.
- Develop and coach a high‑performing, non‑union workforce, including training, discipline and incentives.
- Ensure compliance with FDA/USDA regulations, environmental standards and site safety policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 10 years of experience managing a large warehouse or distribution center.
- Proven leadership in a complex, non‑union environment.
- Strong interpersonal, change‑management and conflict‑resolution abilities.
