Senior Data Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Data Lead to establish and own the data foundation for our rapidly growing GPU marketplace. In this high‑impact position you will work directly with leadership to define, build, and deliver critical metrics that drive business decisions, bridging the gap between our technical AI infrastructure and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Define, build, and maintain the core data models and metrics for the GPU marketplace.
• Produce accurate, timely dashboards and reports for leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure data correctness through proactive debugging and health monitoring.
• Translate complex technical data into clear, actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with highly technical teams to understand product and infrastructure nuances.
• Shape and scale the data analytics function as the organization grows.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards using tools such as Hex, Metabase, or PostHog.
• Continuously improve data pipelines and documentation.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably at a technical startup.
• Strong ownership experience in small analytics teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to data health.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex insights to leadership.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and seeking clarification when needed.
• Experience working with highly technical business models and AI infrastructure.
• Ability to accept direct feedback and continuously improve.
• Preferred: background in GPU compute, cloud computing, or AI infrastructure; data engineering or pipeline development experience; experience in high‑growth early‑stage companies.
