Senior Data Analyst, Customer Success

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to partner with our Customer Success organization. You will own the end‑to‑end reporting lifecycle, delivering high‑impact dashboards and analyses that help large employers and health plans understand their health‑care outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and continuously improve Looker dashboards and quarterly business review reports for clients.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and deliver actionable insights.
• Design production‑quality LookML models, explores, and visualizations, serving as the Looker subject‑matter expert.
• Write complex SQL queries across Redshift, Aurora/MySQL, and Athena to extract and transform data at scale.
• Develop Python scripts and notebooks for data wrangling, automated reporting, and advanced analytics.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development and propose AI‑powered analytics capabilities.

Required profile

• Proactive analytical mindset – you identify patterns, form hypotheses, and surface insights before being asked.
• Strong business context awareness and curiosity about why metrics move.
• Experience partnering with Customer Success or client‑facing teams.
• Ability to communicate complex data stories clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Looker and LookML modeling.
• Advanced SQL (Redshift, Aurora/MySQL, Athena).
• Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted coding tools such as Claude and GitHub Copilot.
