Senior Cybersecurity AI Architect

About the role

The Senior Cybersecurity AI Architect will design secure, scalable, and compliant AI‑driven cybersecurity solutions across IT and OT environments. This role bridges emerging AI technologies with enterprise security needs, shaping long‑term roadmaps and advising senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the AI security architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Design AI‑augmented detection, autonomous response, SOC workflows, and vulnerability‑management capabilities.
• Establish standards, patterns, and guardrails for AI tool integration across security domains.
• Evaluate, pilot, and integrate emerging AI/ML, agentic AI, and autonomous security technologies.
• Lead threat‑modeling efforts and translate adversarial AI insights into architectural decisions.
• Act as technical advisor to senior and executive leadership and mentor security engineers.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, operations, audit, compliance, regulators, and business units.
• Monitor AI security trends and maintain multi‑year capability roadmaps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in technology design or architecture, including AI/automation experience.
• 5+ years applying AI/ML in security contexts, with knowledge of agentic AI and autonomous tooling.
• Experience in regulated industries and ability to work cross‑functionally with senior stakeholders.
