Senior Coordinator, Media Strategy and Business Development

About the role

The NFL Media Distribution department is seeking a Senior Coordinator to support existing and emerging media partnerships. This role blends media‑industry knowledge with business analysis to help grow the NFL’s content reach, fan engagement, and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Support all aspects of NFL media partnerships, from managing large‑scale active deals to helping launch innovative new collaborations.
• Conduct market and sports‑trend analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee day‑to‑day activities with current partners to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Perform financial analyses and build models for new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop contracts and negotiate deals.
• Prepare materials and presentations that communicate market updates and deal progress to senior executives and team ownership.
• Track consumption trends across media partnerships and report findings.
• Advance league‑wide initiatives in partnership with teams across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum three years of experience, preferably in media, technology, consulting, or investment banking.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Deep enthusiasm for media, technology and sports, with the ability to apply market trends to strategy.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting clearly to senior management.
• Strong analytical abilities to conduct financial and market analyses and distill insights.
