About the role
Condé Nast’s Entertainment division is looking for a Production Coordinator to support the creation of high‑quality video content across its iconic brands. The role works closely with Production Managers and the broader Production Management team to ensure smooth logistics for shoots both in the United States and abroad.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for domestic and international video shoots, including crew, equipment, and production services.
- Research and obtain permits, and ensure compliance with local production guidelines.
- Maintain and update crew, vendor, and resource lists, as well as departmental calendars and reports.
- Initiate payroll paperwork for freelance crew and day‑players, track timecards, and manage purchase orders and expense reconciliation.
- Archive production documents such as call sheets, wrap reports, and releases, and follow up with teams to meet business deadlines.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive problem‑solver who knows when to escalate issues.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, solution‑oriented attitude.
