About the role
Manhattan Associates is looking for a Senior Consultant to serve as the technical point of contact for multiple supply‑chain software implementations. You will design client‑specific enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through configuration, testing, training, and rollout.
Key responsibilities
- Provide senior‑level design and implementation of supply‑chain solutions, including interface testing between Manhattan products and external systems.
- Maintain and prioritize the project issues list, proactively resolve implementation problems, and support customers during deployment.
Required profile
- Four‑year bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business or a related field.
- At least 3 years of consulting experience in the transportation or supply‑chain software domain, with up to 50% travel.
Required skills
- Database troubleshooting experience (SQL).
- Software deployment expertise and experience delivering client‑facing solutions.
