Senior Consultant, Rural Health Dashboarding & Visualization

About the role

On the Operations Transformation team, you will build dashboards and microsites that present hospital and program data clearly, supporting delivery across Rural Health Transformation engagements. You turn standardized data and analytical outputs into intuitive visual tools for internal teams and client audiences. The role is offered in several US Delivery Center locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Gilbert, Houston, Lake Mary, Mechanicsburg, Philadelphia).

Key responsibilities

• Design and build dashboards and microsites showing hospital performance, utilization and program data.
• Translate standardized datasets and analytical outputs into visualizations and interactive tools.
• Partner with team members so visualizations accurately reflect the underlying data and analysis.
• Maintain and update dashboards and microsites as data and program needs change.
• Apply healthcare context and usability best practices so tools are meaningful to state agencies and hospitals.
• Support training and documentation for internal teams and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in dashboard development, data visualization or business intelligence.
• Hybrid work model: live within commuting distance of a US Delivery Center or Geo-Hub location, with up to 30% of time co-located at an office and maximum 10% overnight travel; relocation must be completed within 12 weeks if needed.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Required skills

• Preferred: proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Preferred: experience building microsites or web-based data presentation tools, and familiarity with HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
• Preferred: healthcare or public sector experience, knowledge of rural health or hospital performance metrics, and experience training clients on dashboards.

The stated wage range is $91,100 to $163,100, depending on factors such as experience and training.
