Senior Consultant – Pharma Consulting (AI & GenAI)

About the role

Fractal Analytics is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Healthcare & Life Sciences practice. You will work with Fortune 100 pharma clients to design, deliver, and scale AI and GenAI solutions that drive measurable business and patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple billable projects for Fortune 100 pharma companies, focusing on AI transformation across Clinical, R&D, and Real‑World Data domains.
• Translate complex business questions into actionable analytics use cases and drive implementation using GenAI, MLOps, LLM ops, and cloud engineering.
• Act as the liaison between data‑science teams and clinical/R&D leaders, ensuring insights are relevant and actionable.
• Develop dashboards, stories, and recommendations for senior executives and embed analytics into daily workflows via CRM and DCT platforms.
• Maintain high client satisfaction (NPS 72+) and achieve 30%+ efficiency gains through GenAI tool adoption.
• Participate in proposal development, client presentations, and business‑development activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering AI‑driven projects in the pharmaceutical or life‑sciences sector.
• Strong logical reasoning, problem‑structuring, and ability to ask the right questions.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
