Bilingual Clinical Counselor (Spanish Language)

About the role
The Dove Center is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Clinical Counselor to provide trauma‑focused assessment and psychotherapy to children, adults, and families affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, and other interpersonal trauma. The role can be part‑time or full‑time and is based onsite in Washington.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver evidence‑based, trauma‑sensitive individual and group therapy to primary and secondary survivors.
- Conduct crisis interventions, intake assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans within 30 days.
- Maintain accurate client documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Participate in clinical meetings, case staffing, supervision, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Assist the Clinical Director with quarterly and annual outcome reporting.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent unrestricted professional license, or a certified associate‑level license to work under supervision.
- Fluent speaking and writing in Spanish.
- Experience providing mental‑health services to trauma‑impacted individuals and families.
- Knowledge of Washington County resources and child development for youth counseling.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating system.
- Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Google Chrome.
- Electronic health record documentation.
What we offer
- Hourly pay ranging from $28.00 (unlicensed, supervised) to $32.00 (licensed) plus $1.00 bilingual premium.
