Senior Consultant - eCOA Services

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join its eCOA team. You will own end‑to‑end eCOA implementations, combining technical design with project and customer management to support life‑science clients.

Key responsibilities

• Review protocols and support the design and configuration of eCOA solutions.
• Build, design, and consult on eCOA implementations, including timelines, KOM, URS, UAT, and system configuration.
• Lead multi‑study portfolios, drive operational improvements, and troubleshoot delivery issues.
• Provide technical advice to project managers, developers, validation, and support staff.

Required profile

• Four‑year degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in the eCOA industry.
• Proactive, independent work style with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 5‑10% of the time.

Required skills

• eCOA design and configuration.
• Clinical data applications such as EDC and RTSM.
• Data management activities and query support.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations (E6, E8, 21 CFR Part 11).
• JSON programming.
