Senior Consultant – CRM Data Software

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead global projects for the Align product within the Veeva Vault CRM Suite. The role blends project management, analysis, and technical product work, focusing on AI‑enabled data solutions for life‑science customers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive project management, analysis, and advanced configuration of CRM data solutions.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert in meetings with senior management and executives.
• Translate complex client and vendor concepts for diverse audiences.
• Develop deep expertise in life‑science industry practices and Veeva solutions.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering leadership both internally and with customers.
• Build best‑practice accelerators and grow team capabilities.

Required profile

• 8+ years in technology consulting for commercial life sciences or pharma commercial operations sales planning.
• Hands‑on experience with data management and process analysis, proficient in MS Excel, MS Access or SQL.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer and internal engagements.
• Nice‑to‑have: 3+ years CRM experience in life sciences, MDM product knowledge, and familiarity with sales‑territory alignment.
