Senior Community Manager – The Harrison

About the role

The Harrison is a new development in downtown Tampa. Greystar is seeking a Senior Community Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations, drive financial performance, and ensure compliance with all applicable housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide input on property budgets by analyzing financial statements, market data, and operational reports.
• Achieve targeted revenues by setting rent rates, collecting rent and fees, making bank deposits, and preparing monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor and contractor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges correctly, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, rent discounts, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Monitor market and economic trends, and implement short‑ and long‑range marketing and leasing strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multifamily property operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other multifamily housing regulations.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and control expenses.
• Experience with vendor management, invoice processing, and insurance verification.
• Competence in lease administration, resident relations, and enforcement procedures.
