Senior Community Manager – Paseo

About the role

The Senior Community Manager for the Paseo portfolio will oversee the daily operations of two or more multifamily properties in Austin, Texas. Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead on‑site teams, drive financial performance, and ensure compliance with all applicable housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of assigned properties, including staffing, maintenance coordination, and resident services.
• Develop and monitor property budgets, analyze financial statements, and adjust strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Set rent rates, oversee rent collection, and ensure timely posting of fees.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other relevant laws.
• Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to optimize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multifamily property management or community management.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of housing regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make data‑driven decisions.
