Senior Community Manager – Lodge at Madrona & 1202 Pearl

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Senior Community Manager to oversee two of its premier properties – Lodge at Madrona and 1202 Pearl – in Tacoma, Washington. The role is responsible for day‑to‑day operations, ensuring resident satisfaction, and driving financial performance across both communities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of two assigned residential properties, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident services.
• Lead and develop on‑site staff, setting performance goals and conducting regular coaching.
• Monitor and achieve budgeted financial targets, including revenue, expense control, and rent collection.
• Ensure compliance with Greystar policies, Fair Housing regulations, and all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
• Develop and implement community engagement programs to enhance resident experience.
• Prepare regular operational and financial reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a Community Manager or similar role in multifamily residential property management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and other regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
