Senior Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Community Manager to shape how millions of people experience Morgan & Morgan across social media. You will own the relationship between our brand and its audience, joining conversations, creating compelling copy, and ensuring timely content distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage community engagement on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
• Respond to comments, join relevant conversations, and embed the brand authentically in internet culture.
• Use social listening tools to monitor sentiment, spot emerging topics and surface brand opportunities.
• Identify trending memes, creators and cultural moments for authentic participation.
• Pitch and develop creative content ideas based on trends and audience insights.
• Write platform‑native copy that reflects the brand voice and drives conversation.
• Oversee the social content calendar from scheduling to publishing.
• Support content production, including shoot planning, on‑set execution and logistics.
• Travel occasionally for creator collaborations, partnership activations and brand events.
• Track competitor activity and share updates on trends, campaigns and best practices.
• Collaborate with creative, production, influencer and marketing teams to continuously improve social presence.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of community management or social media experience for a brand or agency.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, X, Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn and the evolving social landscape.
• Exceptional writing ability and a genuine passion for social media as a craft.
