Senior Community Manager – Bent Tree Communities

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Senior Community Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Bent Tree Communities in Addison, TX. The role combines financial stewardship, team leadership, and resident services to ensure high‑quality living experiences and strong financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of two or more assigned multifamily properties, including staff supervision and resource allocation.
• Develop and input property budgets by analyzing financial statements, market data, and operational reports.
• Achieve revenue targets by setting rent rates, ensuring timely rent collection, processing bank deposits, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor and contractor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges to the appropriate Chart of Accounts, and coordinate with accounting.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and oversee petty‑cash management.
• Direct lease enforcement activities: approve applications, process renewals, conduct inspections, issue notices, manage evictions, and collect late fees.
• Monitor market and economic trends, and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multifamily property management, preferably overseeing multiple communities.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other relevant housing regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Excellent analytical skills for financial reporting and market analysis.
