Senior Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Communications Manager to lead storytelling and media outreach for a leading technology client. The role will shape how the company's products are presented to the press and the public, driving awareness of innovative AI, safety, and connection features.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute storytelling programs that showcase product impact on relationships, self‑expression, safety, and AI experiences.
• Pitch stories to technology, mainstream, consumer, and business media to support announcements and product momentum.
• Draft clear communications assets such as newsroom posts, messaging documents, and talking points.
• Organise press briefings, product demos, and prepare spokespeople for interviews.
• Collaborate with product, design, marketing, legal, policy, and partnership teams on coordinated campaigns, events, and launches.
• Partner with agency teams to implement media strategy and execution.
• Measure coverage, track impact, and refine communication tactics based on insights.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in product communications or a related field.
• Proven relationships with reporters across mainstream, technology, consumer, business, and hardware beats.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and attention to detail.
