Senior Cloud Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

The Senior Cloud Project Manager leads complex, customer‑facing cloud projects from planning through delivery, ensuring they meet scope, budget, timeline and quality standards while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of cloud projects, managing resources, schedules, budgets and milestones.
• Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies and take corrective actions as needed.
• Serve as primary liaison with customers and stakeholders, providing status updates and resolving escalations.
• Coach and develop high‑performing project teams, overseeing talent selection, performance management and career development.
• Partner with technical, clinical and operational teams to ensure product integration, regulatory compliance and operational excellence at customer sites.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 5 years with a Master’s degree in Project Management, Customer Service or related field.
• Proven experience with cloud products and PACS solutions.
• Strong background in regulatory compliance, change management, data analysis, stakeholder management and KPI budgeting.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel nationally up to 25%.

What we offer

• Annual salary range $117,000 – $186,000 (varies by location).
• Potential additional compensation such as incentive bonuses, commissions or long‑term incentives.
