Senior Clinical Therapist – Employee Assistance Program

About the role
The Senior Clinical Therapist provides direct clinical services within the Arkansas Employee Assistance Program, delivering assessments, individual, family, and group consultations, as well as crisis and critical incident interventions for employees of contracted organizations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical services including assessment, individual, family, and group EAP consultations.
- Deliver crisis intervention and critical incident interventions to EAP clients and employees of contracted organizations.
- Serve as liaison to administration of assigned contracted organizations, offering supervisory consults, trainings, workshops, orientations, benefit marketing, and debriefings.
- Complete clinical and administrative documentation in compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current and valid Arkansas professional license (LCSW or LPC).
- Demonstrated strong clinical judgment in treatment planning and organizational consultation.
Required skills
- Extensive experience with mental health assessment, treatment, and referral processes.
- Proficiency in crisis intervention and debriefing within organizational settings.
- Advanced technological proficiency and ability to adapt to evolving tools.
