Senior Client Success Manager – Remote (EST Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level Client Success Manager to own a portfolio of exterior‑cleaning businesses, drive retention and growth, and act as the primary advocate for our clients. This is a fully remote, full‑time position working 9 AM‑5 PM EST.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 40‑60 active accounts, ensuring high retention (98‑99%) and revenue expansion.
• Conduct monthly review calls, diagnose performance across the marketing stack, and present actionable insights.
• Handle escalations and lead save conversations when accounts are at risk.
• Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to execute them.
• Contribute to the development and formalization of client‑success processes and AI‑enhanced workflows.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in client success or account management within a digital‑marketing environment.
• Proven ability to own a book of business, meet high‑standards, and thrive in a fast‑paced agency.
• Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical data into clear client language.
• Self‑starter who enjoys building systems and leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
