Senior Client Services Analyst (Hybrid, Austin)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Senior Client Services Analyst to join its Austin office in a hybrid work arrangement. The analyst will support the Client Services team by gathering and analysing financial data, underwriting potential third‑party management assignments, and interpreting market trends to enhance client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Compile and analyse financial information to build underwriting models for acquisition pursuits on behalf of third‑party management clients and owned investments.
• Engage with third‑party clients throughout the acquisition process, providing insights on rental trends, expense management, value‑add opportunities, cap‑rate trends and valuation methodologies.
• Meet prospective purchasers to promote Greystar’s management services and nurture client relationships.
• Assist developers by creating development underwriting, analysing market comparables, pipeline data, expense benchmarks, amenity offerings and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with Client Services, operations, marketing and analytics teams to respond to Requests for Proposals for management assignments.
• Conduct market surveys for due‑diligence, preparing metrics, comparing data and finalising roll‑ups for audits.

Required profile

• Proven underwriting experience in the multi‑family real‑estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Austin multi‑family market.
• Ability to interpret financial results and market forecasts.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
