Senior Client Partner – SAP Retail & CPG AI-led Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Client Partner to drive strategic growth of SAP‑led engagements for Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) customers. You will combine SAP transformation, Data/AI, and platform services to deliver measurable business value such as cost reduction, speed, and revenue uplift.

Key responsibilities

• Lead $10M+ SAP account portfolios covering S/4HANA, IBP, EWM, BTP and AMS.
• Build deep relationships with CXO stakeholders (CIO, CFO, Supply Chain, Merchandising).
• Identify and close multi‑year transformation deals ranging from $5M to $25M.
• Position SAP as a business transformation lever and drive cross‑sell of Data, AI, Cloud, and Platform capabilities.
• Expand accounts through consumption‑led and outcome‑based models.

Required profile

• 12–18+ years of experience in SAP consulting or services with strong sales ownership.
• Proven track record of growing strategic accounts of $10M+.
• Experience delivering S/4HANA and supply‑chain transformations (IBP/EWM).
• Strong understanding of Retail and CPG industry dynamics.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales Management or equivalent.
