Senior CI-HUMINT Analyst – Counterintelligence & HUMINT

About the role

BLUEHAWK is seeking an experienced Senior CI‑HUMINT Analyst to support a long‑term contract for the U.S. Army and the Intelligence Community. The role provides strategic counterintelligence and human intelligence analysis to protect U.S. interests, support force‑protection initiatives, and counter foreign intelligence threats across research, development, acquisition, critical infrastructure, emerging technologies, and supply chains.

Key responsibilities

• Produce strategic CI‑HUMINT intelligence reports, assessments and briefings for mission planning and force protection.
• Analyze asymmetric threats, foreign intelligence entities, technical intelligence threats and global vulnerabilities.
• Develop threat assessments, trend analyses, white papers, information papers and executive‑level intelligence products.
• Integrate HUMINT, CI, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT and other all‑source intelligence to deliver timely finished intelligence.
• Support the development of CONOPS, OPLANs, OPORDs and strategic collection management plans.
• Conduct complex all‑source CI analytic production supporting Army counterintelligence missions.
• Assist CI‑HUMINT targeting, collection planning, operational deconfliction and intelligence oversight activities.
• Brief senior military leaders and government stakeholders on findings and recommendations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain a Counterintelligence‑Scope polygraph.
• 12+ years of CI‑HUMINT analysis experience, including 8+ years supporting strategic military or intelligence community organizations.
• 5+ years analyzing regional and functional CI‑HUMINT issues.
• Relevant certifications such as DoD Intelligence Fundamentals, CDASA Level I & II, CCMP‑F, or equivalent intelligence training.
