Senior Cardiac Technician Trainer

About the role

iRhythm is seeking a Senior Cardiac Technician Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for Clinical Operations. The role supports new‑hire onboarding, ongoing education, and the rollout of software and QA tool updates across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead training for new hires and qualified cardiac technicians on iRhythm software and clinical report creation.
• Teach arrhythmia recognition and interpretation strategies.
• Design lesson plans, curricula, and training materials using adult‑learning methodologies.
• Facilitate both in‑person and virtual classrooms, ensuring high learner engagement.
• Implement and train on QA tool releases and scanning tool updates.
• Identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
• Maintain expert‑level ECG rhythm interpretation skills.
• Lead team or cross‑functional projects related to training initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in cardiac technology or clinical operations training.
• Strong ability to motivate, guide, and assess learners.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering adult‑focused training programs.
• Excellent communication skills for both virtual and onsite settings.
