Senior Cardiac Technician Trainer

About the role

iRhythm is seeking a Senior Cardiac Technician Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for clinical operations staff. The role focuses on ensuring new hires and qualified technicians can effectively use iRhythm’s software and interpret cardiac rhythms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead in‑person and virtual training sessions for new hires and qualified cardiac technicians.
• Develop lesson plans, curricula, and training materials using adult‑learning principles.
• Teach arrhythmia recognition, ECG interpretation, and software utilization.
• Facilitate iRhythm University programs and new‑hire onboarding.
• Implement and train on QA tool updates and scanning tool education.
• Identify knowledge gaps and create targeted training solutions.
• Maintain expert‑level clinical knowledge of cardiac rhythm interpretation.

Required profile

• Strong background in cardiac technology or clinical operations.
• Experience delivering training to adult learners, both in‑person and virtually.
• Excellent communication and instructional design skills.
• Ability to analyze performance trends and adapt training content.

Required skills

• Proficiency with iRhythm’s cardiac monitoring software.
• Advanced ECG rhythm interpretation.
• Knowledge of arrhythmia recognition techniques.
