Senior Business Development Manager – Strategic Partnerships

About the role

Box is looking for a senior business development leader to own and expand strategic partnerships with the world’s leading hyperscalers – AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft. You will shape marketplace‑driven go‑to‑market motions, drive deep product integrations, and operationalize joint business plans that accelerate growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute partnership strategy for hyperscaler marketplace collaborations, aligning with Box’s GTM, product, and corporate goals.
• Build joint business plans, operating cadences, and co‑sell motions that embed marketplace growth into sales, solutions, and operations teams.
• Develop repeatable GTM motions and co‑sell plays, scaling them across the organization.
• Collaborate with sales, product, solutions engineering, marketing, and customer success to deliver integrated partnership initiatives.
• Engage directly with partner and customer executives to unlock innovation, revenue, and operational leverage.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in business development or strategic partnerships within the enterprise software or cloud ecosystem.
• Track record of driving marketplace‑focused GTM strategies and joint business planning.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
